William Richards (Liam), Arete Adjusting’s Chief Executive Officer, specializes in liability claims management, cost containment and third-party administration.

Liam has extensive experience in the US and UK global insurance sector, having held senior-level operational roles delivering customer-focused claims and assistance solutions to insurers, brokers and corporates.

Liam is experienced in managing teams of claims adjusters in multi-class end to end management of claims programs involving motor truck cargo, warehouse legal liability, freight forwarder legal liability, errors & omissions, personal injury, property, and environmental damage claims on behalf of domestic and overseas underwriters and brokers.

Juliet M. Good

Vice President

Juliet brings over 26 years of commercial insurance experience, half of which is in marine and legal liability claims resolution for transportation intermediaries.

Juliet specializes in cargo legal liability and first party cargo claims, marine technical expertise, marketing, account management, sales and customer service.

A licensed producer in the State of Illinois, Juliet also holds adjuster’s licenses in California, Texas and all its reciprocating states.
